in train-sition

over the past couple days i have forgotten unsatisfaction & unconciously replaced it with an 'abstracted state of absorption.' i only realized the change-over when sitting in the movie theatre this afternoon, watching a movie called "ensemble, c'est tout" (together, that's everything) starring audrey tatou. it was based on a novel about a girl living up the service stairs on the 8th floor underneath the rooftops (sounds familiar?). i want to say it was about her life & love because that's what it was about, but obviously i won't because that's a lame thing to say & that's what most things are about, basically. anyway, i was wholly absorbed with the storyline & was put in the place, through her, of feeling her deep unsatisfaction & powerlessness to change it. that's when i realized that the ephemerality of my feeling was so transient that it had already passed to the next stage of reverency. (i tend to ocasionally & temporarily forget about the power that i have to change my funny moods of unsatisfaction. it usually lasts an evening, at most, before i remember how much i love wandering & experiencing & absorbing & creating.) I wrote down a small list of a few things I want to see and do, and that’s a good reminder of just what I can do if I feel that restless feeling.
